There are many YouTube channels out there for learning front-end development, but since there are so many, it’s hard to decide where to start.

Like I mentioned in my previous story I am not a documentation person.I hardly learn new things when I read them. I don't know maybe it’s because we’re so used to watching things every day.

“If I were to learn coding from books. I certainly could not find out. Many thanks, e-learning!!”

  • But even choosing between them takes time. For example, I will search for Html-Css video. It is not that has been updated over time. These may not change, but especially if I am going to make a search like ReactJS, which is constantly updated, I first sort to the last added date. Because the most popular use is described in recent videos, so if you watch the video added five years ago, you will learn the old and probably unused way. Yes, I tried and I realized it ends of the video!
  • Some videos are really unnecessarily long. Don’t leave it if there is a short version. Watch and search for the part you don't understand.

I’ve decided to list some of my favorite channels and explain, how I choose and why I enjoy watching them.

My first step was HTML and CSS of course and most of the video lists consist of both.In the beginning, I watched all videos in my mother tongue. I didn't want to miss anything and want to deep learn.

Yazilim Bilimi : A course series where you can learn Html and Css with all the details!

Arin Yazilim : Best Bootstrap4 video series.

Adem Ilter : His channel has good content on many topics related to software. Also, don't forget to follow on Twitter!

For all Turkish resources : Here!

  • After I watched one Turkish video course I always watched english course after that. Because even there are many courses in my language the language of software is English and sometimes even the pronunciations of important word can be different.
  • If there are 3 videos in Turkish on a topic, I can easily say that there are 30 courses in English.

Programming with Mosh : He is amazing and so funny but sometimes his videos can be very long.

Dev ed: It is very important not to get bored while watching.Sometimes I can’t stop myself from laughing while watching his videos. It’s funny how he talks to himself.

Jonas Schmedtmann : If you want to be an expert in CSS, you should follow him.

12 Hours Bootcamp : Good for spend all quarantine days!

freeCodeCamp.org : If you read this story you must know freeCodeCamp!

DesignCourse : Crash course on learning HTML and CSS.

The Net Ninja: Over 1000 free programming tutorials about front-end and back- end.

Ps: Flexbox Froggy : A source describing the css flexbox issue in the game format
